At Oak & Bloom UK, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product. This page explains our return policy and the conditions that apply to returns.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth and fair return process, the following conditions apply:

A return request can only be submitted after the product has been physically received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs costs.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

You may try on the item, but it must not be worn or used.

Ordering items in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them is not permitted.
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, Oak & Bloom UK reserves the right to refuse the return.
Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@oakbloomuk.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

After your request has been approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

Send the item back at your own expense, including any shipping or customs fees that may apply.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace) to ensure your return arrives safely.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and it meets the return conditions, Oak & Bloom UK will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the return has been approved.

The refund will be made through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability

Oak & Bloom UK is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If there is an error in the shipping address, it must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
